STEMMER IMAGING will not pass on personal data to third parties unless explicitly indicated beforehand and agreed by you by means of a separate declaration. In exceptional circumstances we may be obliged to pass on personal data by the requirements of the GDPR for the data processing of certain contracts. Personal data is transmitted to analysis and marketing service providers as well as technical service providers who are active in the operation and maintenance of our website. This processing of personal data on behalf of STEMMER IMAGING will comply with the requirements of Art. 28 para 3 GDPR. Some of these service providers process personal data outside the EU. In these cases, we ensure an adequate level of data protection to comply with European law (usually through EU standard contractual clauses published by the European Commission).
