The "Node-locked" method, is a way of licensing Common Vision Blox that is not tied to a dongle but instead uses hardware specific information that is generally available on a computer; for example, the CPU, network adapter or hard drive.

The "node-locked license" is requested and delivered by email.

 

To request a node-locked license, start the CVB License Manager, run Node Locked from the tasklist and press the Purchase Node Locked License button.
