If you want to evaluate Common Vision Blox before purchasing a license, there are generally two options:

1.You can start using Common Vision Blox straight away without a license and work in evaluation mode.
Evaluation mode means that the Image Manager, Foundation Package or advanced tools will more or less behave as it would if a license were present, but apply some restrictions to make it unsuitable for productive purpose.
Some functions will, for example, add a watermark to the images that have been processed while others will display a message box every few minutes.

2.The more satisfying alternative is to order a trial license.
Trial licenses are in principle node-locked licenses with a limited validity period of 30 days that cover every Common Vision Blox module.
Trial licenses can be ordered using the CVB License Manager - simply go to the "Node Locked" section and press the "Get Free Trial License" button.
After entering your contact details you will be prompted to send a file with your request data to cvblicense@stemmer-imaging.com and an activation code will be sent to you within one work day.
As an in-depth evaluation might actually take longer than 30 days, trial licenses will be issued more than once if required.
In other words: It is perfectly fine to order two or more trial licenses if your evaluation takes longer.
