Returns whether the LinearAccesses are directly interleaved.

Parameters

[in]	bytesPerPixel	The number of bytes required per pixel.
[in]	access0	First LinearAccessData to test.
[in]	access1	Second LinearAccessData to test.

Returns

true if interleaved, false if not
